The message the angel gave the shepherds in Luke 2:7-14 when Jesus was born was good tidings of joy. The angel said, the coming of Christ has brought great joy, glad tidings and peace. These words were uncommon to them because the awesome definition of the Gospel is a message that is too good to be true.
Before the coming of Jesus Christ, there was no peace between God and man because of sin. God was always angry with the human race but still needed to relate with man, which was why He instructed Noah to build an ark for Him, to save as many as possible from the wrath that was to come. Yet, Noah’s descendants fell into sin. God was still not satisfied.

The officials are saying that The missing AirAsia jet probably crashed into the sea, Indonesia's top rescue official said Monday, citing radar data from the plane's last contact.
"Our early conjecture is that the plane is in the bottom of the sea," Bambang Sulistyo, head of Indonesia's national search and rescue agency, told reporters, saying the view was based on the plane's flight track and last known coordinates.
But searchers still don't know exactly where the aircraft is, he said, and may need help from other countries for an underwater search.
It was around past 4 in the morning around mid-October,after ending the normal ritual of night prayer to my Heavenly Father,i was feeling so uneasy in my Spirit, though i'v always have strange feelings sometimes at night, but it always points to a single direction of me being a man. But this feeling within me was different,i wasn't feeling dizzy;so what type of rare feeling could this be?.
Still standing and thinking about such feeling,i didn't know what happened next, may be i collapsed on the chair or i was struck by someone, that still remains a mystery unraveled.
I hope you are having a blessed Sunday. Remember, God is with you through thick and thin; His love and favor never fails.

Winter is a dormant season. It's a time when trees become bare and most of the grass, plants and flowers die off. But winter is also a time of preparation—as roots and tree saps respond to soil and temperature changes to prepare for growth that comes in the spring.
In much the same way, you and I go through spiritually dormant seasons. These are the seasons when God seems silent…when our dreams and visions for the future seem lifeless. But although we may not see or feel anything exciting, it doesn't mean nothing is happening. A lot has to happen on the inside of us before we are ready to handle the future God has for us.

Christians should learn to always be grateful to God for what He has done and not take His provision for granted. Naturally, if you give a person a gift and he doesn’t appreciate it, it certainly will not bring joy to you. In the same way, we must appreciate God for all He has given us with grateful hearts.

Pope Francis issued a blistering critique Monday of the Vatican bureaucracy that serves him, denouncing how some people lust for power at all costs, live hypocritical double lives and suffer from "spiritual Alzheimer's" that has made them forget they're supposed to be joyful men of God.
Francis' Christmas greeting to the cardinals, bishops and priests who run the Holy See was no joyful exchange of holiday good wishes. Rather, it was a sobering catalog of 15 sins of the Curia that Francis said he hoped would be atoned for and cured in the New Year.
